RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to love your purchase from THE DIVA VIBES. If you're not completely happy, our return and exchange policy makes it easy to handle.
RETURN POLICY
Eligibility for Returns:
- You have 3 days from the date of date of delivery to return your item.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags and packaging.
- Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
- Note: We thoroughly inspect all items before shipping to ensure you receive them in perfect condition. To be eligible for a return or replacement due to damage or defects, you must provide a recorded unboxing video clearly showing the issue. Without this, we will not be able to process the request further.
How to Return:
- Email us at support@thedivavibes.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, we’ll give you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning your item.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
Refunds:
- Once we get your returned item, we’ll inspect it and notify you if your refund is approved.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.
EXCHANGE POLICY
Eligibility for Exchanges:
- You have 7 days from the date of purchase to exchange your item.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags and packaging.
- Sale items and gift cards cannot be exchanged.
How to Exchange:
- Email us at support@thedivavibes.com with your order number, the item you want to exchange, and the new item or size you’d like.
- Once approved, we’ll give you instructions for sending the item back to us.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to a defect or our mistake. We will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you.
Processing Exchanges:
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about your exchange approval.
- Your new item will be shipped within 5 business days after we get the returned item.
